Description |
The Principles
of Budget Formulation for the East African Countries
presents recent developments and concepts that budget professionals
can use to create and review their national budget in a democratic
environment specifically for the East African Community Countries.
The course covers basic concepts and practices of formulating
a national budget and is given in five lessons namely: budget
process and procedures, budget instructions, strategic planning
and program budget request and budget examination.
This is the first part of the KeII’s
tailored budget courses, which has four Budget Modules.
The KeII’s
Budget Team instructors recognize that it is the budget
process that authorizes and enables the central
governments to carry out specific activities during a specific
time of period, usually within a calendar year. |
