gender mainstreaming, household budget surveys (HBS), public health
and population census planning, Environmental Impact Assessment
(EIA), monitor and evaluate social/public programmes, investments
and impacts and draw policy formulations. We are also a centre for
‘Contracting Out’ or Private Public Partnership (PPP)
of the core and non-core services for the public sector and Utility
